Alarm Category Cause Procedure
01 Power-up Diagnostics Failed non-volatile RAM test Reset system. If alarm persists, replace CPU II card.
02 Power-up or Automatic Diagnostic Checksum error in non-volatile RAM test. Reload default data, reprogram. If alarm persists, replace CPU II card.
03 Automatic Diagnostic tests. Failure in read/write test of non-volatile RAM Clear alarm. If alarm persists, replace CPU II card.
04 Automatic Diagnostic tests. Checksum error in Peripheral Processer PROM Clear alarm. If alarm persists, replace CPU II card.
05 Automatic Diagnostic tests. Singal Processor Failure Clear alarm. If alarm persists, replace CPU II card.
10 Trunk Condition (No Loop Current) Open Line. Slow Central Office. Incorrect Programming of loop/ground start. Trunk card malfunction. Check trunk by direct access from Attendant console. Check programming. Try another Trunk card.
11 Trunk Condition (No Seize Acknowledge) Open Line. Slow Central Office. Incorrect Programming of loop/ground start. Trunk card malfunction. Check trunk by direct access from Attendant console. Check programming. Try another Trunk card.
12 Trunk Condition (No Release Acknowledge) Central Office interface problem. Incorrect Programming of loop/ground start. Tip and Ring Reversed. Trunk card malfunction. Check Programming. Check wiring. Try another Trunk card. If fault persists, contact the telephone company.
20 Automatic Diagnostic tests. Speech path XX is stuck at 0, and busied out Follow Peripheral Equipment Trobleshooting Procedure, in Manual.
