Forwarding to Voicemail                 Helpful Hints               

From the console press:                                    1.         If a room has a DO NOT DISTURB

1.                   FUNCTION                                              turned on, calls will go straight to

9.                   (Repeat steps 6-8) “NO ANSWER”         

 

Transferring a guest into a mailbox

From the console press:                                    From front desk extension:

            1.         As you are talking to                             1.         As you are talking to
